@hawaiinewsnow Off-duty lifeguard and waterman Noland Keaulana holds back tears as he describes finding a missing teen kayaker alive early this morning. After nearly 12 hours lost at sea off Oahu’s south shore, the 17-year-old was found thanks to the efforts of Keaulana and multiple agencies.
